• To inform of exhibitions, projects such as exhibitions by public recruitment, events, lectures, ticket sales, products by invitation cards or by e-mail, and to prepare data of various statistics through survey by questionnaires, etc.
• To inform of activities and services of membership group of the museum.
• Product sales activities of our projects and at Museum Shop such as delivery of tickets, products and documents.
• To respond to inquires and to provide consultation.
• Gathering, use, and provision of personal information
• We will not use personal information other than the above mentioned use without customer’ agreement.
• We will not provide any third parties with personal information without customer’s agreement. (Except for disclosure required by laws.)
• Management of personal information
• We properly manage personal information and take preventive actions and safety measures against loss, falsification, leak, etc
• We strive to continuously improve management system for protecting personal information in line with enactment and revision of related laws, and with change of social circumstances.
• In case that a customer wants to confirm or correct one’s personal information, we will promptly respond to it in the necessary range.
• We shall outsource handling of personal information to third parties in legitimate scope of use.
• We obligate outsourcees to manage personal information strictly.
